🔍 Where do I find my email reports?

Email reports can be found in the Communications tab on the left-hand menu, under the Email campaigns page at the top of the screen.

📧 What does it mean when an email bounces?

An email bounce means that your message could not be delivered to the recipient. This can happen for temporary issues (like a full inbox or a server being down) or permanent issues (like an invalid email address).

Common reasons for bounces include:

  • Invalid or misspelled email addresses

  • The recipient’s inbox being full

  • Strict spam filters from the email provider

  • The content of your email being flagged as spam

🤔 What can I do if my email report has errors?

If your emails have a lot of errors, here are a few steps to take:

  1. Check your DNS configuration
Make sure your Domain Name System (DNS) is correctly set up. Authentication records must be properly configured to avoid deliverability issues.

  2. Clean your contact database
Look at the bounced emails in your contact database and remove or correct invalid addresses. This reduces future errors and improves your sender reputation.

  3. Review your sending practices
Errors can sometimes come from sending too frequently, sending large volumes at once, or emailing contacts who haven’t engaged in a long time. Warm up your domain gradually and focus on active, engaged recipients.
