🔍 Where do I find my email reports?
Email reports can be found in the 'Communications' tab in the menu to the left and then under the page 'Reports' found at the top of the screen.
📧 What does it mean when an email bounces?
An email bounce indicates that the email could not be delivered due to either permanent or temporary issues. Our email provider attempts delivery for up to 48 hours before marking an email as bounced.
📋 What are the different reasons for an email bounce?
FInd five categories, with 15 different reasons for potential email bounces/errors.

Account Problem: The recipient’s mailbox is full or inactive. 🤔 What can I do if my email report has errors?
Depending on which error your email has recieved, you have multiple options to try and lower the rate of errors.
Ensure that those you are sending to are contacts that have subscribed to receive your emails.
Verify that the emails you are sending to exist.
Once your DNS is configured, send your emails out in low batches to grow a good reputation for your domain.
