💻 Before you start sending emails:
To send emails on Qomon, make sure you have enough email credits.
Check your balance by navigating to the Communications tab
If you don’t have enough credits for your next send, contact your account manager or Qomon support
⚠️ Set up your senders
Before sending your first campaign, make sure you’ve configured your senders (name + email address). This helps avoid delivery issues (spam filters) and also strengthens your brand image, making your emails more trustworthy.
You can add senders in the Communications tab by clicking “Manage my senders” > “Add a sender”.
Then click on "Add a sender".

📧 How to start sending?
Select your list:
Choose one of your existing contact lists, or create a new one in your Contacts tab to define who will receive your email.
Select the “Actions” tab:
Click Actions in the top right corner and a drop-down menu will appear > Select the “Send bulk email” option.
Choose the email type:
Choose Email Campaign for larger sends, and Targeted email for lists of under 100.
📢 Sending a Campaign
Campaigns are ideal for sharing a newsletter, updates, or promotional content with a large audience.
Before sending, you’ll need to:
Fill in the basics: subject, title, and sender (you can change this later).
Review your recipient list (audience).
Choose your email template (either an existing one or create a new one).
💡 Pro tip: Send yourself a test email to make sure everything looks right before you launch your campaign.
Once you’re happy, click Ready to Send and choose one of the following options:
Send Now → send immediately.
Schedule Send → pick a specific date and time for delivery.
Save Campaign → store as a draft and continue later.
🎯 Sending a Targeted Email
Best for lists under 100 — perfect for sharing important or time-sensitive information with a smaller group.
Before sending you'll need to:
Fill in the subject and the sender.
Choose a template (you can select an existing one or create a new one).
Send yourself a test email (if needed) to make sure everything is correct.
Once you’re satisfied with your email, click Ready to Send, then Send Now, and review the preview before sending.
📊 Campaign Dashboard & Tracking
After each send, you can track results directly in your Communications tab under Email Campaigns.
You’ll find both a global overview and detailed stats for each campaign.
