💡 What are automatic emails?
Automatic emails are messages sent to contacts after interacting with your survey or an action. You can trigger these emails based on responses, such as after completing a survey, assigning a task (e.g., contact again, invite to an event), or updating their support level.
The email is sent only if the contact has provided (with consent) an email address!
🔍 Why use automatic emails?
Share additional info based on their responses (e.g., a link to an article or event registration).
Personalize your communication with supporters.
Thank contacts for completing your survey.
