Before you start sending emails
In order to send bulk emails on Qomon, you need to first make sure you have enough email credits to send to the number of contacts you wish. You can do this by checking in the "Communication" tab. After ensuring you have enough credits, it is time to send your email!
How to send bulk emails?
Head over to your “Contacts” database and select the contacts you want to send your email to (if you are hoping to just create the templates, you can just select one contact for now).
Select the “Actions” tab in the top right corner which makes a drop-down menu appear > Select the “Send bulk email” option.
Select a pre-made template by the Qomon team or feel free to make an email template from scratch (all these templates will be saved in the same space).
The templates are drag-and-drop operated so drag the fields you wish to have in your email onto your canvas. You can edit these fields’ colors, texts, fonts, etc.
Once you have selected a template and constructed your email, you write a subject line and SEND!

💡💡If you want your bulk email to feel personalized for each recipient, embed their name or email! When creating your bulk email, the box shown below will pop up with different options while you're typing, you want to select Merge tags:
By using the Merge tags button, you can address each of your emails to the different recipients simply. Once selecting Merge tags, you can select a first name, last name, email, or (un)subscribe link.

Why customize my bulk emails?
Customizing bulk emails makes the experience more personal for the recipient and lets you target your contacts more efficiently. By customizing your emails sent from Qomon, they will have a more polished look.
💡 Input your organization's colors, header, and footer to your email and save as a template! This way, when sending email campaigns you can choose the the email template personalized to you and ready to go!
