How to send email campaigns on Qomon?

💻 Before you start sending emails:

To send email campaigns on Qomon, make sure you have enough email credits via Qomon or Brevo.

  • Check your balance: Navigate to the "Communication" tab in Qomon or log into your Brevo profile.

  • Once you've ensured sufficient credits, you're ready to send your emails!

📧 How to send email campaigns?

  1. Go to the Contacts tab and choose recipients (Tip: Select one contact to test a template). Use our advanced filters for targeted messaging!

  2. Select the “Actions” tab in the top right corner > Select “Send bulk email” from the dropdown.

  3. Select a pre-made Qomon template or design your own with drag-and-drop tools (all these templates will be saved in the same space). Customize the theme to suit your colors, text, and branding.

  4. Add a subject line and test your email before sending. You're ready to hit 'Start Sending'!

  5. 💡 Once you click 'Start Sending', a pop-up (see screenshot) will appear, showing how many contacts your email will be sent to and explaining why. You'll also see a preview of the email and a reminder to send a test if you haven’t already!


🎨 Why Customize Email Campaigns?

Customizing email campaigns creates a more personal experience and improves targeting efficiency.

  • Add your organization's colors, header, and footer to emails.

  • Save these as templates for quick and consistent use in future campaigns.

💡 Personalization with Merge Tags

Make your email campaigns feel personal by embedding recipient-specific details like names or emails.

  • When creating your email, look for the Merge tags option.

  • Select tags like first name, last name, email, or (un)subscribe link to address each recipient individually.


🔗 Tracking Unsubscribes

  • If sent via Qomon: unsubscribes automatically update in contact records.

  • If sent via Brevo Campaigns: unsubscribes automatically update in contact records.

  • If sent via Brevo Transactional: you will need to enable webhooks on Brevo’s end to sync data. Read the linked article for guidance.
