Modification through an import: Modify a wide range of fields at once.

Directly from the contact database: Modify a select set of fields directly in the web app. This article will walk you through this option.

Select Contacts: Filter and select the contacts to modify. Remember to select all pages if needed. Then, click edit.

Choose Fields to Modify: Select the fields you want to change. To add new tags, first create them under Space Settings > Contacts/CRM > Tags.

Launch the Modification: Once confirmed, launch the modification by clicking Apply. You can track progress in Imports/Exports > Contact change history. Processing time depends on the number of contacts and changes.
