A duplicate in Qomon's CRM

The term "potential duplicate" is used when several (2 or more) contacts have similar information.
It is possible that you may find several contacts with similar or identical information. These duplicates can appear after :
importing a file in the contacts database.
adding a contact in the field by a member of your team.
The benefit of this feature is to keep your contact database as clean as possible.
