How to change your Qomon Subscription

Subscription modifications are only available to those that have admin permissions on the Qomon space.

1) Head over to the Settings tab > General > Billing

2) Click on "Modify my subscription".

To upgrade your pack: click on "request assistance" - you'll be directed to our support chat where you can write your pack upgrade request to us. Your customer success manager will reach out to you shortly to go through your options.

To downgrade your pack: click on "downgrade - you'll be directed to our support chat where you can write your pack downgrade request to us. Your customer success manager will reach out to you shortly to go through your options.

Depending on your billing method (yearly or monthly) the invoice will be adjusted on a prorated basis.

Here's a quick description of the available packs:

Starter Pack

The ideal plan to start building your contact database & engaging your community.

  • Give volunteers a simplified mobile application to start taking action on the ground. Use the questionnaire to gather essential information during your meetings.

  • Create as many petitions as you want to take your cause to every possible channel.

Premium Pack

The perfect plan to hit the ground running! Organize your members into teams and have access to more advanced features. All features found in the Start Pack plus:

  • Access to field action coordination! (Door to door, call listing etc...). Give your volunteers all necessary tools to carry out their field actions.

  • New volunteer management and messaging interface.

  • Automate task responses and completion right from the field so that your volunteers focus on what's most important. ​

Organization Pack

Ready to let your local chapters take charge? This pack is great for organizations ready to decentralize their organizing while centralizing their data! All features found in the Premium Pack plus:

  • Access of up to 10 spaces (option to add more spaces if needed*), giving your teams the freedoms of managing their own volunteers and databases

  • Dashboard reporting for all of your spaces, you'll be able to monitor how all of your teams are doing across your operation areas and spaces

*additional spaces option will be an additional cost
