How to change your Qomon Subscription
Subscription modifications are only available to those that have admin permissions on the Qomon space.
1) Head over to the Settings tab ➡️ General ➡️ Billing
2) Click on "Modify my subscription".
To upgrade your pack: click on "request assistance" - you'll be directed to our support chat where you can write your pack upgrade request to us. Your customer success manager will reach out to you shortly to go through your options.
To downgrade your pack: click on "downgrade - you'll be directed to our support chat where you can write your pack downgrade request to us. Your customer success manager will reach out to you shortly to go through your options.
Depending on your billing method (yearly or monthly) the invoice will be adjusted on a prorated basis.
